“Extremely experienced and knowledgeable plumber Simon, and apprentice Ben attended my apartment to investigate water leak under window frames. They arrived 7.30am sharp as promised. Simon knew his stuff,was courteous, showed excellent mentoring abilities with Ben throughout the day. He was extremely thorough, and it took time to locate all of the waterleaks but he did it, and fixed half the leaks in the remainder of the days work. He communicated very openly about the different ways they would try to locate leaks, was easy to talk to and answered my questions respectfully and was very clean and tidy, didn't leave a mess like some tradies do, everything was left spick and span. I hope the same guys will come back to finish the rest once it's all been approved by landlord. One of the best experiences I've had with plumbers tradesmen. Would hire again definately.”

“Highly recommend the Chadoak team - they were friendly, professional, arrived on time, did a great job first time round, and took the time to explain in simple terms what the issue was and how they were going to fix it. We actually originally engaged the services from another provider to fix the leaking roof but it wasn't fixed and caused further damage to my property. The previous provider attended the site several times and still could not repair the leak. Whereas Chadoak was able to identify the problem and fix it in the one go. They did thorough tests to identify the source of the leak and also produced a comprehensive report after the work was done. While Chadoak was slightly more expensive, I'd rather pay someone who would do a quality job the first time around and get it fixed. Thanks team!”
