“Dreamwood Builds undertook an unusual repair where no lintel had been installed over a double door with a window on either side – the equivalent of 4 door widths. The pressure from the roof was taken only by the timber above the frame. This also put pressure on the brick sill under the door leading to a veranda. Rob Senior and his team were able to solve the problem by installing a beam across the top of the frame and re-support the roof meaning that our doors will now open! Rob kept us constantly informed of the issues as they arose. His sub-contract bricklayer was also professional – job well done. Tony M from Forestville NSW”

“We hired Rob to replace the fascia on our house and to repair our balcony by replacing the lower third of the wooden supports and replacing the balustrade. In the course of replacing the fascia we discovered that the eave sheets were asbestos and needed to be replaced, and also that the internal box gutters needed to be re-aligned and replaced. Rob was very conscientious and responsive, and was able to resolve all of the issues that arose during the build, including arranging the additional works and subcontractors required. Although the job was interrupted by the Sydney lockdown Rob and his team were very professional and delivered a good result. We discovered a couple of minor issues after the job was finished and they were happy to come back and fix them up. Recommended.”
