“I had a relatively straightforward job that I just wasn't able to get across the finish line (Bathroom tap leak/change). Having called Dunstone Bros first thing in the morning, they were scheduled in for that day... and had everything DONE by 2pm... including the last minute 'curveball' job I threw at them (a broken drainage plug screw fused into its socket). They also were up front with the initial cost and any additional costs (should the job extend past the hour etc). This level of transparency was excellent, as I have been burnt by 'Obrien's Electrical' before where everyone played innocent and aloof until the final bill came in (another story...). Initially they were scheduled to come at 11am, but that didn't bother me, as they kindly called to let me know of a time change due to another emergency job, and there was an additional text with a tracking display to show how far away they were. This simple act of keeping me informed and updated was greatly appreciated - I felt valued and was able to rearrange some work priorities I had that day, with no fuss. The team did an amazing job! They were friendly, polite, and completed the work to the highest standard. I feel silly for giving them such a short time frame, but I'm all over the place for work - and didn't want another 'unfinished job' on my list of jobs. Thank you! Although, I hope I don't have to call again, I know Dunstone Bros are on speed dial. Highly recommend.”
