“We paid in cash to have several leaks in our roof repaired. Our roof is still leaking. We have tried time and again to get them to come back to fix the issues, but they won’t take our calls and don’t respond to our text messages. This has been ongoing for over a month. We are taking this matter further with the appropriate government agency. Their invoices, quotes and website state that there is a 10 year warranty on all work carried out. But this is worthless given that they do not respond when defects in their work are identified. The alleged “5 star Google reviews” on their website don’t even link to Google. At the time of writing there is only one other review on Google and it’s also one star. The website states that they are fully licensed, yet there is no license number on the website or any of their paperwork. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. DO NOT HAND OVER YOUR MONEY.”

“One star is too much for this roofing company. The workers did more damage to my house after the so-called repair. They damaged my pergola, retaining wall, driveway, letterbox, and internal roof plater board, leaving the roof worse than before the repairs with the roof still leaking. They would not come back to correct the issues. I had to take this to the Domestic Dispute Resolution Victoria (DBDRV). They would not answer the DBDRV or come to any of the attempts to discuss and resolve the dispute. Stay away from this company and do not be talked into handing over any money as you will never see your money/deposit or the company again. The photos are of how they left my home after the so-called repair. They also did not issue a Certificate of Compliance that must be issued for this type of work.”
