“We had mould in the air-conditioning and the outside fan wasn't running too well either. Jacob cleaned both the internal AC and the outside fan, and pretty sure he had to deal with a few spiders out there as well but he was really pleasent about the whole thing. AC runs smoothly now, the inside looks pristine and he gave us some decent advice on maintenance. He was polite, efficient and would highly recommend his work. I wouldn't say it was cheap but considering the state of the inside of our unit and the fact that they did the outside as well it was worth it to us. And Jacob himself was excellent.”
