“Discovered we had water leak in between an outer brick wall and the plaster wall of our double story home that was dripping water into the ceiling of our kitchen on the lower floor. Sent Justin a message late on Saturday night and we spoke on Sunday and arranged he would be at our house 9.00am Monday. Justin arrived on time with Max and after carefully removing only two bricks 3 meters up the wall to get to the leaking pipe repaired the pinhole in the pipe without difficulty. This is the second time we have had Justin work on our property and both times have found him to be a very diligent, professional, super knowledgeable and honest person to deal with as well as being a genuinely good human being. I couldn’t recommend Justin highly enough for anything to do with plumbing five stars is not enough.”

He was not only professional but also upfront about the potential costs and the work needed. Justin and his apprentice Max arrived first thing the next morning. They worked efficiently and made sure to explain each step to us, including the need to use a jackhammer to access the burst pipe. They were meticulous in their work and cleaned up the yard beautifully after finishing. What really stood out were their reasonable prices and the fact that there was no call-out fee, which is a rare find these days.
