We were one of the owners happened to build during the peak Covid pandemic period and very adverse weather conditions. In spite of these challeges, Kuber was able to complete the home in 14 months and handed over to us in 15 months. Many builders went bust and completion of the homes in 2+ years were becoming the norm. Kuanl kept us updated on the challenges and gave me enough assurance about the financial state to allay our potential fears. The quality of the builder needs to be judged with their ability to deliver on commitments during the challenging time such as above not during the happy go periods when everything is going good. This has demonstrated Kuber Homes being backed by quality staff and their committed suppliers who worked as a team and held together to deliver on price and quality commitments. As it was our investment unit, we went with their standard inclusions which would have been upgrades if constructed by the branded project builders. The standard inclusions were of top notch quality.
The most impressing part was easy access to Kunal and their supervisors even outside normal business hours. Kunal supported me with all the help after handover whild I was doing the retaining walls and landscaping to enable complete to get the occupation certificate and subdivision for the duplex subsequently as well as fixing of any post handover items/defects reported after handover. The result was a good quality detached duplex with the titles subdivied. A beautiful outcome

“Kuber Homes was a facebook page I followed for a couple of years and enjoyed looking at their designs and homes. I convinced my husband and we made an appointment with Ritesh. From the first meeting, he was so warm hearted and very honest. At the same time extremely knowledgeable about building of homes and he hid nothing about the build if we chose to go with Kuber Homes. All costings were included, he even to the extent guided us to how much buffer we should leave for electricals and any extra’s we wish to upgrade. Having said this, Kuber Homes offers amazing inclusions which other builders could no where compete near. The price was perfect and included everything we dreamt of.
Ritesh organised an appointment with the Architect(Adam) who works with Kuber Homes and Ritesh was at every appointment to help and support us. Not to forget our block was slightly tricky but somehow they managed to fit my wish list home on it. From the windows to the roofing, everything was looked at in detail. Plans were completed in 2 weeks and off to council. We were promised 8 months to completeion. The team at Kuber homes, Ketan who works in the Admin part, was so organised and continually kept in touch with us to where/how long it was taking. He pushed us to the next steps and selections so we were organised following the council plan approvals so they could kick start the build.
The build took exactly 8 months as promised at out intital meeting for our 39sq double storey home. Just to add the selection options which Kuber Homes gives were amazing! From stone top colors, to splashbacks, to mirrors, to vanities, flooring, to taps and sinks! So much choice and the quality is really good.
We had 2 supervisors Nisarg and Anand who helped with the build of home and they were absolutely incredible people! They never hid a single thing from us and we were freely allowed by appointment to come and see the house whenever we wanted during the build. Any changes/alterations were done immediately, and any upgrades or changes were so easily accommodated. This build was a breeze and often Anand and Nisarg would advise us if they have changed something to make it look good/better. Their experience and knowledge can not be questioned! We upgraded during our build things such as tiles, had a home theatre company come and set up things, the security camera systems installed, which was all facilitated by the supervisors. Towards the completion, I asked for some changes in wardrobes such as additional mirrors, shelving, extra cutlery draws and undoubtedly Anand and Nisarg helped us with this and immediately got these done.
We requested for the date to move in and spot on everything was completed in time. I could not recommend any other builder but Kuber Homes. After building 3 homes and having so many friends share their experiences with other builders, Kuber Homes have been the BEST!! The team they are and the quality of home we have got, I can’t but say “ they fulfil dream homes” if that’s what you are wanting! Whether it is your first home or investment they will promise and give to perfection!

“Kuber homes built our lovely home back in 2022, they keys were handed over in 2023. We have since started renting out our home in 2025 , when there were issues in the house I contacted Bhaumik who oversaw our entire construction. Despite being more than two years since the handover , he very promptly replied to my text messages and arranged for on inspector on site within 2 days. The problem was resolved within a day. Excellent service even beyond the build. I would highly recommend Kuber homes as your custom builder”
