“We needed some urgent attention to some loose and dislodged roof tiles. Outright Plumbing responded very promptly to my text enquiry, and then allocated a time very early on the Monday morning. Tom arrived right at the agreed time. We had a chat about the job and he explained very clearly what was involved, gave me a price, and promptly set about doing the work involved. I think the work was completed in 1 hour, and Tom then explained what he had done. All done, no hassles, no mess. We are extremely satisfied with the work he performed - thanks Tom. He even found time to talk to our close neighbour who had similar issues with some of her roof tiles, and he completed her repairs on the same day, whilst already at the site. “We woke up 6am on Wednesday morning with no hot water. Google'd a local plumber and found Outright. Within an hour of calling I received a call back from Tom, and with in 3hrs they where onsite and straight to work. Before 12pm that day, we had a new hot water system, installed and the old one gone without a trace. The entire team where incredibly polite, Tom was completely honest from the get go, and more then happy to answer any questions. He left the site immaculate (if not in slightly better condition then when he arrived) and the price was in my opinion was fair (well within what I expected to be paying). We hope we don't need a plumber again anytime soon, but I know who to call if we do.”
