“The lack of communication from this company after our acceptance of their quite was woeful. No one answered phones, no one confirmed starting dates, no one has been seen. 3 start dates have come and gone and still no work from this company on the demolition of our block. After a four month wait, we have gone elsewhere and the block was cleared a week after contact with another company….. guess what, we still have not heard from them! Wonder if we are still on their whiteboard?? Disappointing!”

“Do not book these people under any circumstances. They are dishonest in their dealings, they do not show up as promised, do not respond to emails, phone calls or texts. They leave their customers in dreadful situations and basically do not care. They are renowned in the industry for this conduct and on top of being extremely unreliable they also have a solid reputation for not knowing what they are actually doing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS there are plenty of reliable, decent, respectful companies to choose from in SA.”

“SA Demolition and Salvage have some serious deficits when it comes to customer service, professionalism and work ethics. Compliments were compliments are due, The Estimator was fantastic, quick to come to site to inspect, fast quote and was extremely helpful in explain council approval process and abolishments of service. After that it went down hill real quick. The Office Manager never replied to any emails or answered any call. It was impossible to get hold of anyone. When our “booking” was approaching, I took the opportunity to reach out to confirm details, so that I could communicate with the neighbour and explain the intended works. The Site Manager, was never available and when he did answer was rude, and altogether unhelpful. Our Booking started 4 weeks later than intended and took 2 weeks to finish. This delay made me miss my deadlines and now am at the back of the queue for the builder. The Operations Manager reached out, apologised for the delays and offered a discount. As much as the Operations Manager seemed to understand how business worked, he couldn’t not rescue the pathetic performance of their contractors. Damage was done to the neighbours fence and garage and we are waiting on contact to be made to resolve it.”
