“We had SBS do our ensuite a few years ago and loved their work so much that we didnt hesitate to have them back when it was time to do our kitchen, laundry and main bathroom. Liz did an amazing design that suited all our family's needs and helped guide us throughout the entire process from flooring options, stone choice, paint colours and all the other small details that pop up along the way. The process was made much simpler knowing that if we had any questions or problems we could reach out to Liz, Mark or Troy and it would all be taken care of. The tradesmen that came were all lovely to deal with, always cleaned up after themselves and the attention to detail could not be faulted. Special mention to Dave and Callum who spent many hours making sure all the carpentry was perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend simply bathroom solutions for any renovation project big or small.”

“We have had two wonderful experiences with Simply Bathroom Solutions. The first was to renovate an existing bathroom, build a second bathroom and walk in robe, as well as change the entrance. Mark and Liz did a fabulous job. As an 1880 heritage listed house, there were the usual surprises, walls without sound foundations, brick walls with curves that needed to be straightened. The work took about 3 months to complete, but it was wonderful to watch as they went about things in a meticulous manner. The budget was well presented and invoiced accurately against. The few out of scope pieces of work were clearly explained including the various options ranging from budget conscious to luxury options. We were exceptionally happy with what was built, the quality of the work and the time management. Mark managed all of the trades exceptionally tightly and kept us well informed every step of the way. The second piece of work was with regard to a garden renovation. Mark had noticed that our current rendering looked a little tired. And we wanted to some old doors with concertina doors giving full access to the courtyard / garden from the living room. Again, we were very happy with what was done, how it was managed and the quality of the work. And this was not an easy piece of work with other tradesmen (garden designers) working in the same space almost on top of each other. Mark came up with two great suggestions, both to assist the garden designers as there was no easy access to the courtyard other than through the main entrance. Mark first arranged rear access to the property by removing a back fence, enabling the complete removal of all rubbish from the site. Secondly Mark removed two glass panes to enable the garden designers to easily move from one side of the property to the other through a glass walkway. The cost of the garden redesign would have been significantly harder and more expensive without these two clever interventions. Mark worked quickly to complete the priming, enabling the garden designers to do their thing with minimal interruption from the rendering and implementation of the doors. And then returned at key intersections to ensure both the garden redesign and rendering / doors were completed in tandem.”
