From the very start, Lisa was extremely helpful and booked us in for the next available time, which was only a short wait. The young men we had turn up were absolutely delightful to deal with, explaining everything thoroughly and were overall very pleasant the entire time. They used a tarp on the floor, being mindful of making mess, kept me updated throughout and cleaned up after themselves.
