“When my building manager called to let me know that water was leaking on the ceiling in the apartment downstairs I immediately went into a panic. Being a Sunday it was impossible to find a plumber who would come out and if so, only at a great expense. Working my way down the search page, I came upon Sustain Plumbing. Alex was amazing. He was the only plumber who suggested shutting off the water and then to save me a bucket of money he offered to come the next day at normal prices. He was the only plumber who suggested shutting the water off to prevent further damage. Alex arrived on time, assessed the situation in a minute and then went out to purchase a new faucet. He sent me photos of various faucets that I could choose from. He fixed the problem: installed the new faucet, updated our bathroom plumbing to meet current regulations and he did all of this at an amazingly reasonable price. Thank you Alex. You are the best.”
