“We happened to stop by their stall at the Brisbane Home Show and had one of their reps come visit and quote at our home. From there we then waited for their installer to arrive and what a positive experience that was. He was super respectful of our family home, and was by far the cleanest tradesperson we've had work on the property; everything they said they would complete right down to the timeframes given was on point; the communication was great throughout the process as well. Their quote was comparative to what we were expecting. The entire project was 4 inbuilt robes, one in a very tight area, with sliding doors and came to just under $10k which included the rip out of the old closets, designing of new ones, installation of the 4 closets & rubbish removal. Give your installer a raise as we adored him!”

“We had a walk in wardrobe and two linen cupboards fitted out by Wardrobe Connection. Here are some points to take into consideration if you are thinking of using them. The “designer” will come to your house, lie to you (as she did to us), ring her boss and apply obscure “discount codes” if you buy today. Key take away - sign up today or it will cost you more. You need to pay for full installation prior to the work completed so when they make a mistake, and cut the board too short (as they did with ours), they’ll glue it and you have a panel that has been sawn and glued back together. The installer, a lovely fellow, rushed the job so he could finish a day early and go camping. Once you have paid, you will never hear from the company again. The other thing to take into consideration is that although they say it is custom built, they have set measurements for their cabinetry. I asked for budget range for my walk in wardrobe but because of the depth of the space, I had to upgrade to the luxury drawers, which of course, cost more.”
